Here at Bedys Details, we pride ourselves in always producing the highest standard of work possible. All this will be done while minimising any inconvenience possible for you, our clients, and friends.
Please contact us before the booking date if any of our Terms and Conditions may affect your booking.
If your vehicle is heavily soiled with dirt, mould, pet hair, or anything that will increase the time and chemicals needed to get the job done to our standard, additional charges will apply. This is why we always advise that you send us photos of the vehicle and give us as much information as possible to avoid any surprise fees on the day of the booking.
Bedys Details will not accept responsibility for any acts of god, weather, or anything else that is simply out of our control.
While completing our work, the doors, boot, and bonnet may be open for extended periods, which may cause battery drainage. Bedys Details may need to start the vehicle as necessary to avoid this.
Our Guarantee on the Ceramic Coatings can only stand if the car has been maintained using our VIP Maintenance Valets. While it is very unlikely that the lifespan of the coating is not met, we cannot guarantee this if any other valeting/detailing company or individual has worked on the vehicle during the lifespan of the coating.
The time that a service is stated to take is just an estimate and sometimes, in some circumstances, a service may exceed the time estimated. If a deadline is needed, please disclose this to us before the booking date. If we are unable to complete a service due to weather, we will complete the service on a different day at no extra cost.
Due to safety and liability reasons, Bedys Details will never remove or replace booster seats or child seats. We ask that you remove these yourself prior, but if not, we will do our best to work around them but cannot guarantee total satisfaction.
Please remove any personal belongings and rubbish from the vehicle before the booking date. If anything is left in the vehicle, Bedys Details holds no responsibility for any of the items left, although we will take the utmost care for your belongings.
I Want to Cancel or Reschedule
We recognise that from time to time, things can cause plans to change. So, we offer a 48-hour notice to reschedule.
If less than 24 hours notice is given or booking is not attended, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
BEDYS VIP CLUB CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to retract this offer to customers who have been deemed to exceed fair soiling, altered, or exceeded the date stated on the valid sticker.
In the event an invalid sticker is present, we reserve the right to refuse the interior cleaning part of this service or, at our discretion, offer a booking alteration to a full valet at the extra cost to the customer.
In the event our VIP Club Valet is purchased instead of our first-time valets (i.e., full valet, deep clean, or signature), we reserve the right to request the shortfall balance in full. If the customer doesn’t want to upgrade, there will be no refund.
